1. Put your windows XP install disk in the DVD-CD drive
2. Go to start
3. Go to control Panel
4. Press Date, Time, region and language options
5. Press Regional and Language options
6. Press the Language tab
7. Press the check box next to East Asian Language
8. Press Apply and install!

You may have to restart your computer, but it will be fine! After that you're done with your windows XP disk!

TO actually type in Japanese, you must:
１．Add Japanese to your language bar as shown above.
２．Select Japanese from the bar
３．Pick the one called "microsoft IME"
４．Choose your alphabet,　ひらがな　Or　カタカナ。
５．Type whatever it is you wish.
